Our Story
Crew Contracting was built from experience on both sides of the industry.
One of the owners started their career in property management, coordinating repairs, working with contractors, and watching how the process often failed the people it was supposed to serve. From there, they moved into insurance as a property adjuster, working directly with contractors on claims and seeing firsthand how homeowners could be pushed into decisions they did not fully understand.
A personal turning point pushed them to leave that chapter behind and build something better.
Crew Contracting was started to give property owners a stronger advocate, a clearer path forward, and a contractor whose focus is doing the work the right way.
Five years in, that is still the standard we hold ourselves to.
Our Approach
Most contractors come in to sell. We come in to assess. We do thorough inspections, including the attic, the underlayment, the places most roofers skip. We take photos. We explain what we find. And if the answer is that your roof is fine, that is exactly what we will tell you.
We are not in the business of making money on one job at someone else's expense. We are in the business of building trust that lasts longer than the project does.

Our Team
The owners lead the company and handle estimating on larger restoration and fire remediation projects. Kevin and Ethan manage quality control and work closely with the sales team. Our production manager coordinates scheduling, and our office team handles intake so every call gets to the right person quickly.
