Insurance
Assistance

We partner with our sister company, All City Public Adjusters, to take care of all the insurance jargon. Insurance companies tend to speak a different language that most people do not understand, since attorneys write their policies. A public adjuster understands those policies and can explain everything to you in plain English.

Less Work For You

When you use a public adjuster, they take over the claim and all communication with your insurance company. They handle claim reporting, conversations with the adjuster, policy review, inspection scheduling, and estimate writing, so you can focus on everything else.

Better Outcomes

Public adjusters know what insurance companies look for and where claims get shortchanged. Because they work for you and not the insurer, they fight to make sure the full scope of your damage is accounted for in the settlement.

No Upfront Cost

Public adjusters only get paid if your insurance pays. There is no out-of-pocket fee to get started, which means you can get professional representation on your claim without any financial risk.

Financing Options

Big projects should not require big cash up front. We work with GoodLeap to offer flexible financing so you can get the work done now and pay over time.

Fast Approvals

Most applications are approved in minutes with just a soft credit check, so you can move forward without delay.

No Payment Until Complete

You do not pay a dollar until the work is certified complete. A certificate of completion is required before any funds are released.

Frequently Asked Questions

Good questions deserve straight answers. Here are the ones we hear most often from homeowners across the Phoenix Valley.

Do you have general liability insurance?

It depends on the cause. Storm-related damage, hail impact, and wind damage are typically covered under standard homeowner's policies. Wear and tear or deferred maintenance are generally not. We can inspect, document damages, and have our sister company, All City Public Adjusters help you understand your policy before and during a claim. (Only licensed adjusters can review a policy not contractors)

What is the warranty on a roof repair?

Warranty coverage depends on the materials used and the scope of the work. For repairs using GAF-certified materials, coverage can extend significantly beyond what other contractors offer. We will walk you through exactly what is covered before work begins.

Do you have a roofing contractor license?

Yes.Yes. We are licensed through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under license number AZ ROC #333940, verifiable at the ROC website. We hold a KB-2 classification, which covers far more than roofing. It is a broad residential and commercial contractor license that reflects the full scope of work we are qualified to perform.

Do you have references from past clients?

Yes. We have completed projects throughout the Valley and are happy to share references and before-and-after examples. Ask us at the time of your assessment.
