How We Support You
Most contractors show up to sell. We show up to find out what you actually need. Here is how our process works from the first call to the final sign-off.
Step 1: Inspect
We start with a real inspection: exterior surfaces, attic access when needed, underlayment condition, and anything that may not be obvious from the ground. We take photos of everything we find. The inspection is free, and there is no obligation to move forward.
Step 2: Educate
After the inspection, we sit down with you and walk through the findings. Photos included. We explain what we found, what it means, and what the options are, including the option of doing nothing if the situation does not require action. We do not rush this part. An informed client makes better decisions.
Step 3: Decide
Once you have the full picture, you decide. We present options with honest pricing and clear trade-offs. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we will say so. If you do not need any work right now, you will hear that too. We have put it in writing more than once. The decision is always yours.
Why This Is Not How Most Contractors Operate
Our process is built around the belief that knowledge is power, and that the right contractor is one who helps you understand your situation before you spend a dollar on it. We go into attics when other roofers stay on the surface. We trace leaks to their actual source. We document in writing and give that documentation to you, regardless of whether you hire us.
That is not how most contractors operate. We think it should be.
